What happens to the feedback you share with us?

The feedback and experiences you share with us about health and social care in Salford help shape the work that we do.

What we do with the feedback you share with us:

  1. We collect people's experiences of health and social care from our website, emails, phone and face-to-face engagement with Salford residents.
  2. This feedback is then collated anonymously and is shared with service providers and Commissioners in Salford once a month.
  3. Bimonthly our Intelligence Subgroup reviews the feedback and comments and proposes recommendations of what to explore further in more detail.
  4. From these recommendations our Board of Trustees agree on what areas to explore further with focussed projects and surveys for the year ahead.
  5. Findings from these projects and surveys are shared in a report to the related services and Commissioners, along with recommendations that we follow-up around 6 months after the report is published.
