COVID-19 vaccination update in Salford
The Salford NHS Vaccination Service is pleased to announce that they have begun inviting cohort eight, which includes all residents age 55 - 59.
The Salford NHS Vaccination Service will continue working their way through inviting cohorts six and seven, which includes:
- Adult Carers
- People who have annual long-term condition checks with their GP.
- Most people invited by the NHS for an annual flu jab (excluding asthmatics managed without oral steroids)
Second dose update:
Appointments for second doses will be offered from the end of March / start of April. It is really important you attend for your second dose when invited to protect you as much as possible against COVID-19.

If you can't get to a community vaccine site and haven't had a home visit, please call 0800 953 0116.
